DELIVERY & RETURNS

GENERAL

We're working hard to get your order packed quickly. It usually takes about one to three business days for us to pack up and ship out your order.

We will make all efforts to deliver your package on time. However, delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, public holidays and peak season, etc. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Flipped Lab does not take responsibility for orders misplaced or lost once marked as “Delivered”. If you are not home when the driver attempts delivery, a card will be left with details for you to re-organise delivery

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid. Therefore, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.

Customers agree to take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Flipped Lab cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

RETURN POLICY

You can return Items(s) you bought on Flipped Lab within 14 days of the date of receipt of the Item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.

To complete your return, please contact Flipped Lab Customer Service at service@theflippedlab.com We will issue a return label that you can use to send back the unwanted Item(s). We cover the return shipping fee for your first return request of each order from United States.

Please note that Flipped Lab is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behavior of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at service@theflippedlab.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.

REFUNDS

We will process your return as quickly as possible. After receipt of your returned Item(s), and once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price. In most cases, your refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
